Hey there!

First things first, I want to say a sincere thanks for stopping by. We live in an overly busy world where our time spent is extremely valuable and our options are endless, so the fact that you're HERE right now is something to acknowledge!

    I grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and ever since I can remember, I've been drawn in by beauty, and moreover, ways that we can transform ourselves. I played with makeup from a very young age, and as a child of a busy hairstylist, I used to play hooky to go to the salon with my mom. While I watched her work, I charmed her clients and coworkers with my gift of gab. 

   Early on, I felt the powerful ways that we can also transform by transmuting energy and our mood through movement, and I fell in love with yoga (and somatic movement before I knew what that meant). I was ALWAYS highly sensitive and have been hypervigilant to others' mood and emotions, and I somehow learned that my energy could and did affect others, so I learned how to manage my energy for the good of all. While living in Asia working Cirque Du Soleil, I learned about energy work and how powerful it can help us grow and heal. So how does that translate into my life's work and purpose, you ask?

     I just LOVE being a mirror for others to transform for the positive, whether it's through the physical (hairdressing, makeup, and bridal services), teaching yoga and meditation, or my NEW favorite passion: helping other beauty professionals build a vision to create their own dream business.  I've become truly aligned by helping others realize beauty in their lives, whether it's their physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
